Our roastery

Don Ruiz Coffee Shop has two roastery facilities, the main one at the Hacienda and a small one for small batches inside the store. The coffee is roasted during the shop operations hours bringing the opportunity to our customers to enjoy the process.

Coffee Museum

The coffee museum has a unique collection of all the equipment used in the Hacienda from the beginning up to the present. The equipments were created in small scales keeping the details on it.
